These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. By accessing this site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Better Biology. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Better Biology. References to "you" mean the user or customer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from this site.
3. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including naming active ingredients and setting realistic expectations about timeframes. Product images are representative; minor variation in packaging can occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.
Our products are cosmetic and nutritional products, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site is medical advice — consult a qualified healthcare professional about any medical concern, before starting a supplement, and before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed — in that event we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or an error in pricing or description. Where we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.
6. Subscriptions and recurring billing
If you purchase a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- We will email you before each renewal.
- You can pause, skip, reschedule or cancel at any time from your account — it takes about two clicks and does not require contacting us.
- Cancelling stops future charges. It does not automatically refund an order already shipped, though you may request a refund for that order under our Refund Policy.
- We will give you advance notice of any change to your subscription price.
7. Shipping and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems to scrape it in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.
10. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or not based on a real experience of the product. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning and we do not remove reviews solely for being unfavourable.
11. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
12. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or any product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable consumer law entitles you to bring proceedings elsewhere.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place an order. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date.
